In case of Vintage items with wear and tear, they have also been shown to the customer if there is a more detailed fault on them and included in the order after the customers approval because they are unique pieces that hold value despite the usage/wear & tear." However; if complaints and issues do come up, please ensure that you have your box tracking numbers, and labels saved and separated as per shipments so we can track which unit the issues are from. There is also a 3 week timeline from the time a parcel has been delivered to lodge the complaints. Please cooperate on these so any issues can be solved in a timely manner.
