Stunning gown from the 80s by Rose Taft.  This one is a black silk sheath with a slightly a-line skirt, a pleated black chiffon bodice and a wonderful one shoulder design

which features a fully rhinestone & beaded encrusted sleeve.  It does up on the right hand side with a nylon zipper.
